Idarucizumab

Praxbind is a humanised monoclonal antibody fragment (Fab) that binds to dabigatran with very high affinity thereby reversing its effect. It is indicated to rapidly reverse the effects of dabigatran for emergency surgery or urgent procedures and in the event of life-threatening or uncontrolled bleeding.
